Delivery Policy
At ZAYANNA, we’re committed to delivering your order safely and on time.
Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide across South Africa.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
- Outlying/Rural Areas: 3–7 working days - depending on Courier Comapnies.
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout depending on your area and package size.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may reschedule. Additional fees may apply, Zayanna will not be liable for failed deliveries.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
Pick-Up Policy (Durban Only)
We offer a convenient Click & Collect pick-up service for Durban customers.

Processing Time
- Orders are generally available for collection within 48 – 72 hours.
- You will receive a “Ready for Collection” message once your order is prepared.
Collection Requirements
Provide a copy of your order number and order confirmation message at pick-up.
Uncollected Orders
Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification.
Uncollected orders may be returned to stock and handled according to our Refund Policy.
Exchanges (Within 7 Days)
We offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase or delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused
- In original packaging
- In sellable condition
- Accompanied by a receipt or order confirmation
- Please note the followings products can not be returned or exchanged:
- Jewellery
- Hair Accessories
- Sale and Promo Items.
If the required item is not available, you may exchange it for another product of the same value or pay the difference for a higher priced item.
No Exchanges or Refunds On:
• Sale / Clearance Items
All sale items are final. No exchanges or refunds.
• Jewellery
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on jewellery items, including earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, bangles, charms and body jewellery etc.
• Hair Accessories
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair accessories such as clips, bows, scrunchies, headbands, or similar items.
(These restrictions apply even if the item has not been used.)
3. Refunds (Defective Items Only
Under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), customers are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement only if a product:
- Has a manufacturing defect,
- Is faulty,
- Or was incorrectly supplied.
If your item meets one of the above conditions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos/videos.
Refunds are NOT offered for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size or style chosen
- Accidental damage
- Wear and tear
- Improper or careless use
Conditions for Defective Returns
If a defective item is returned, we will assess the product and may:
- Repair the item
- Replace it with the same item
- Or issue a refund if neither repair nor replacement is possible
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Gift Purchases
Gift items can be exchanged (if eligible) within 7 days using the gift receipt or order number.
Refunds for gifts can only be issued to the original purchaser, as required by the CPA Law.
